Changes to our repairs text messages
You may have noticed that the text messages you receive about your repair appointments have changed...
We got feedback from customers who said that the repairs text messages were too long, unclear and not consistent. We have amended the 9 messages with this feedback and the new text messages are live!
Repairs satisfaction survey
Our repairs satisfaction survey has moved in house!
Customers have recently helped us redesign the repairs satisfaction survey questions. The new survey launched in March 2025, and will be sent via text or email after every repair, to ask how we did.
Diagnosing repairs
We are now using a system, Locator Plus, to better diagnose repairs when you call us to make an appointment.
Locator Plus allows us to accurately identify your repair through pictures of the building components within your home.
