Next Level Repairs Programme
Help shape the future of repairs!
We are working with customers to improve how the repairs service works.
Over the next few weeks, we will hold three customer workshops:
1. Understanding Repairs
How we can better understand what is wrong before a repairs worker visits.
2. Keeping Customers Informed
How we should keep customers updated before, during and after a repair.
3. Reporting and Managing Repairs Online
How customers would like to report, manage and track repairs online.
Customers will share their views on what an online repairs service should be like. Their feedback will help us plan a repairs portal that is simple and easy for everyone to use.
Nothing is off limits. We want to understand what works well, what does not work and what needs to change.
You Said, We Listened
You Said:
“Make it easier to understand how repairs are done.”
We Listened:
We have made Day in the Life videos to show how repairs are checked and fixed.
Now we want your help with the next stage.
Tell us what you think
This survey is about how we understand what is wrong before a repairs worker visits your home.
Getting the right information can help us send the right person with the right tools and parts.
How we will use your answers
We are holding our first customer workshop on:
Workshop 1 – Diagnosis and Understanding Repairs
Thursday 30 July 2026
At the workshop, customers will look at what people told us in the survey and help design how repairs should be understood and reported in the future.
You do not need to attend the workshop to complete the survey. Every answer is important.
The survey should take about five minutes.
It will close at 5pm on Tuesday 4th August.
Win a £50 Love2shop voucher
Everyone who completes the survey can enter a prize draw to win a £50 Love2shop voucher.
We will pick one winner at random on Wednesday 5th August 2026.
We will contact the winner by phone or text and post the voucher that day.
