In-Focus Team

We’re launching a new In-Focus Team – a group of up to 10 customers who will work alongside us to help shape and improve the services we provide. This is your chance to be part of something meaningful: listening to real customer experiences, identifying what’s working well and what needs improvement, and helping us make positive, lasting changes.

We’re especially keen to hear from people whose voices aren’t always represented. That includes young people, customers from Black, Asian or other ethnically diverse backgrounds, LGBTQ+ customers, disabled customers, and anyone who feels they haven’t always been heard.

What you'll do

You’ll take part in regular conversations about how our services are working for customers. You’ll help us understand the issues, share your ideas, and work with us to find practical ways to improve. The group will meet around every three months to check in, review progress, and plan what’s next.

What you'll get out of it

You’ll be paid for your time and fully supported throughout. That includes a proper induction, useful training, and someone to help if you need it. You’ll build confidence, develop new skills, and play a key role in shaping how we deliver services.

What's next

We’re excited to get started. Here’s what the next few months look like:

  • July – Applications open
  • Tuesday 5th August – "In-Focus Discovery Day": a friendly session to meet shortlisted customers and learn more about you
  • September – Training and induction for the new team
  • October – First In-Focus scrutiny activity begins

We’ll support you every step of the way – no experience needed.
