We’ve welcomed 3 members to our In Focus Team, a group of customers who help us improve services by sharing ideas and feedback. Now we’re looking for more people to join.

Come to our Discovery Day

Join us on Wednesday 4 February from 10:00am to 1:30pm in Shipley. We’ll provide lunch and transport. You’ll meet our In Focus Team, hear what they’ve been involved in, see the changes they’ve helped make, and find out how you can get involved.

What you’ll do

You’ll join friendly chats about how our services are working. You’ll tell us what’s good, what’s not, and share your ideas. The team meets regularly, sometimes a few times a month, online or in person. We use these sessions to share what we’ve learned and plan what’s next.

What you’ll get

You’ll get supermarket vouchers as a thank you, training and support, and the chance to meet new people, build confidence, and make a real difference.

We want to hear from everyone

Young people. People from different backgrounds. Disabled people. LGBTQ+ customers. Anyone who feels they haven’t had a voice before.
