Tell us how rent increases affect you

Every year, we review our rents.

We know that rent increases can make life harder. We want to understand how they affect you and what we can do to help.

Please take five minutes to complete our short survey (bottom of the page).

We'd like to know:

• How rent increases might affect you.
• What worries you most.
• What information and support would help.

Come and have a chat!

We're also holding a customer discussion on Tuesday 10 November 2026.

You can tell us if you'd like to come when you complete the survey. Places are limited.

What happens next?

We'll share what customers told us and what we'll do with your feedback.

Thank you for having your say!
