Allocations/ Termination Process Review

We are looking for your help to review our Allocations and Termination Process! If you would like to have your say we are hosting an in-person session to go through this and gather your feedback on Monday 26th January at our offices in Shipley. This session will run from 10am-2pm.

In this session, we are looking to review the customer journey throughout both of these processes. How we can support our customers when they are ending their tenancy. We would very much value a contribution from anyone looking to end their tenancy in the near future.
