Funding In‑Communities Fund – Apply Now!

We are inviting community groups across Bradford South to apply for support through our Funding In‑Communities Fund. This programme is designed to help local groups deliver projects that strengthen neighbourhoods, bring people together, and make a positive difference for residents. These areas include -

  • Tong (Holmewood)
  • Queensbury
  • Great Horton
  • Wyke
  • Wibsey, Royds (Low Moor and Odsall)

Bradford West

  • Clayton & Fairweather Green
  • Heaton & Frizinghall
  • Mannginham
  • Thorton & Allerton
  • Toller

Applications are open until Friday 21st August 2026, and we encourage groups of all sizes to come forward with ideas that will benefit their communities. Whether it’s a new initiative or building on existing community projects, this fund is here to help you make an impact. To apply for funding, please complete the survey below.

    Guidelines for Completion
    Please make sure that you complete all sections of the following form. If we need any more information or clarification, then we may contact you. Applications will be assessed externally through a panel of community partners and customers.

    If your grant award is successful we require you to write a short case study (one side of A4 is sufficient or a list of bullet points) detailing how the grant has been spent and the activities/services that have directly benefited from the funding, this would be done at the end of your project. Please try and include information if relevant such as the number of people who benefitted, number of sessions delivered and what difference this has made. Please provide images which can use on social media (you should have permission slips in place where people are featured in the pictures.) 

    As part of this application, Incommunities will require the details for all committee members and your constitution for governance purposes and to ensure that we have an audit trail.
