Hi Everyone, welcome to our Diversity Matters Page. I'm Marianne Elliott, I use She/Her pronouns and I'm a mother and a carer, and passionate about social change. I joined Incommunities in 2022 and I have been working to create a more inclusive culture for our customers and colleagues through measurable and sustainable actions.

We've made some great progress and since this group was established in 2024, our customer voice has been so valuable in shaping our EDI journey. I welcome you all to continue to share you voice and insights so we can make a difference together!
