Have your say on rents: what matters most to you

Each year we review your rent against your tenancy agreement. We understand that rent increase can be confusing, as a housing association we follow government guidance and regulation when we increase rents, our final decision on this will then be made by our board.

This year rents could up in line with September’s rate of inflation (CPI)+ 1%, which means the percentage rise will be up to 4.8% . We’ll write to you in February to let you know what this percentage increase will mean to the amount of rent that you pay.

We know any increase can be worrying, especially when money is tight.

We want to hear from you. Your feedback helps us provide support where it’s needed. In the past, your feedback has helped us explain rent changes more clearly and offer more help to customers who are finding things hard.
